This depends on the printable area of each design. There is no additional printing fee for long messages.

Customized awards can be achieved using materials like acrylic, crystal or metal.
Please note that customized products have a high startup cost and are generally economically feasible only in larger order quantities.
It’ll still be more economical to consider our stock designs if you only require a few pieces.

We will reply to your enquiry generally within 1 business day.

Please email the signed and stamped quotation to us along with the high resolution images of logos and the text that you’d require to be included in the award.

For optimum quality, logo files should ideally by in vector format (AI, EPS, CDR format). Alternatively, you can also send us high resolution TIF, JPG or PSD files. Please note that the quality of the output print is highly dependent on your original file.

Please also advise if you require specific corporate colours (Pantone codes) to be reproduced for the logo. You can always check with your corporate communications department if in doubt.

Please also make arrangements for a deposit where required.

We would prepare the digital artwork proof for your review and approval before commencing production.

Your order will generally be ready within 7-14 working days.
For large volume orders, the timeframe would be in the range of 3 - 6 weeks.
Customized designs are project dependent and may require a longer production period.
We will inform you of the production lead time in our quotation.
Kindly inform our staff if you have a specific requirement date so that we can assist to keep track of your project schedule.

All quoted prices are inclusive of the specified finishing. The finishing (laser engraving, sandblasting etc.) is clearly indicated on the quotation.
Please let our staff know if you have additional requirements, like colour, so that we can advise on the relevant costs involved.

Payment & Shipping

We recommend you make payment through bank transfer through internet banking.
Alternatively, you can also make payment via cheque or cash.
We currently do not have nets / credit card payment facilities at our showroom.

The fee for one-time local delivery is $37.45.
Delivery is free for orders above $1070.
You can also self collect at our showroom.
